How orders work
- Checkout submits an order request. No payment is taken on this website.
- We review each request and email payment instructions.
- Orders ship after payment is received and confirmed.
- Every order requires the qualified-customer certification. Requests that appear inconsistent with research-only use may be refused or canceled.
Returns & cancellations
